Processing Time

Orders are verified and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. If you place your order after 2 p.m. WAT, it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method and Timing

We ship all orders using Calvanor Priority Line, our trusted partner air-courier service. Delivery typically takes 5–10 calendar days to reach major cities across Nigeria and nearby regions. For rural or remote areas, please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.

Tracking and Updates

As soon as your parcel leaves our partner warehouse, a tracking link is automatically sent to your email. You’ll be able to follow each stage of the delivery: Processed → In transit → Customs → Out for delivery. For real-time help, you can always reach us at support@calvanor.com.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties, and VAT

We cover all standard import duties in advance—these typically range from 5% to 20%—as well as the 7.5% VAT. If Nigerian Customs applies any additional charges during clearance, our courier partner will contact you to confirm and arrange payment before delivery can continue.

Delivery Guarantee

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 12 calendar days from the shipment date, you can choose to have it reshipped at no extra cost or request a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your street address, LGA, and email are accurate at checkout. Calvanor is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may amend or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@calvanor.com. After 12 hours, orders are queued for dispatch and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us at support@calvanor.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For damage claims, attach clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Multiple-Item Orders

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure each arrives within the 5–10-day delivery window. Each parcel will have its own tracking link, and you won’t be charged extra for split shipments.

Public Holidays

Public holidays in Nigeria or the courier’s country may cause slight delays in delivery. We’ll post site-wide notices in advance whenever delays are expected due to holidays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
